Brittney Fischbeck is a nonprofit strategist, program development consultant, and community engagement leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations create meaningful and measurable impact.
Drawing from a diverse background spanning nonprofit services, wellness, operations, design, hospitality, and community outreach, she helps mission-driven organizations strengthen programs, improve stakeholder engagement, and develop practical solutions that serve both people and purpose.
Brittney is known for her ability to connect organizational goals with real-world community needs, building trust among leadership teams, service providers, community partners, and underserved populations. Her experience in counseling, recovery support, transformational programming, and community-based outreach has provided valuable insight into the barriers that affect access, engagement, and long-term success. Her work and collaborations have been featured through television, radio, live events, and international, domestic and local publications.
With heartfelt authenticity, compassion, creativity, and strategic perspective, her consulting approach is grounded in what she calls "Designing Well-Lived Lives" and is a nod to her design career, as well as a testament to the many members of our community she's helped create a new and better life for themselves. A model focused on strengthening leadership, communication, and implementation with compassion and grace, to create sustainable impact and results.
Today, Brittney partners with nonprofits, agencies, and mission-driven leaders to design people-centered strategies that strengthen communities, improve outcomes,
